Because Sotosyn demanded it. She only made 16 films, and The Shop Around the Corner is the one you've seen, but I'd say a dozen are findable (I've seen 7) if you try a little. She died in a lot of them, so beware of spoilers here: http://brightlightsfilm.com/margaret-sullavan-art-dying/#.WJNwHVMrKUk

Little Man, What Now? xp

The Moon's Our Home is v minor and fluffy but she and (ex-husband) Fonda are funny together,

She's game in The Good Fairy but not well cast. She was better at tossed-off comedy like the reading aloud in The Shop Around the Corner.

I fell asleep watching TCM one night and woke up in the middle of Three Comrades. Took me a while to figure out why I knew where the storyline was going: I had read the original Drei Kameraden in college German class. Still want to rewatch it.

Three Comrades has a quiet bittersweet pathos that transcends its sentimentality.

The Mortal Storm

I have no problem with sentimental sap generally, but yeah I remember it being quite lovely. It was unavailable on home video when I saw it, but Amazon has it now. xp

esp those of you who have seen more than one of these

Little Man... - went through a Borzage craze years back. Hans Fallada adaptation, and purportedly the film's success (& having Jewish producers) was what caused the Nazis to start monitoring him.
