During the busy spring months it is important to pause and reflect on which of the top 20 bestsellers from the US Government Publishing Office bookstore is most important to us. Obviously the Constitution is important to a lot of people (except liberals). But can there be anything more important than a certificate for 45 years of service?

that one's "related items" section took me to this gem - the USAMRIID Medical Management of Biological Casualties Handbook
