Obviously it’s S. Epatha Merkerson. Poise, cool voice, seems generally like a good person... and the character’s last name is “Van Buren.”

rb (soda), Friday, 17 November 2017 21:11 (seven years ago)

jeez Sam Waterston already played Lincoln, i mighta fucked up.

Parisse has better eyebrows than even Waterston. Also, she was in Rubicon.

cutter faked a credential on his bar application, but politicians have come back from that

j., Saturday, 18 November 2017 03:22 (seven years ago)

Parisse has been playing her same character from Rubicon in everything, she’s a super spy, fakes deaths on the reg

El Tomboto, Saturday, 18 November 2017 03:26 (seven years ago)

damn I miss Rubicon

Simon H., Saturday, 18 November 2017 03:36 (seven years ago)

Not Arthur Branch, that's for sure

tokyo rosemary, Saturday, 18 November 2017 04:34 (seven years ago)

Lennie Briscoe would probably be a better VP.

Pity vote for Elisabeth Rohm - her "is this because I'm a lesbian" moment is the only specific memory I have of any L&O episode and I liked Angel.

obv not voting bcz polls are bad and you shd feel bad and also the formating is worse and you shd feel worse but adam schiff will always be my chief of men (and women)

The formatting looks great on Zing. Who knew!

El Tomboto, Saturday, 18 November 2017 15:05 (seven years ago)

Oh, it’s because Zing isn’t a web browser so it recognizes consecutive spaces and such. Duh.

El Tomboto, Saturday, 18 November 2017 22:18 (seven years ago)

Should we disqualify the guy who actually ran for President?

My vote went to Serena Southerlyn Elisabeth Rohm. No real reason. I chose her at random, because anyone would be better than who we've got.

is it because she's a lesbian?

bob lefse (rushomancy), Monday, 25 December 2017 00:20 (seven years ago)

How did Adam Schiff only get a single vote?

Johnny Fever, Monday, 25 December 2017 00:22 (seven years ago)

is it because she's a lesbian?

No. I had no idea. Random in this case meant random, because I've never watched any of the many Law & Order shows and spin-offs. I just thought Serena was a pleasant sort of name and serenity would be a nice change from the grinding irritation of contemporary politics.

A is for (Aimless), Monday, 25 December 2017 00:36 (seven years ago)

sorry, that was a l&o in-joke

bob lefse (rushomancy), Monday, 25 December 2017 00:56 (seven years ago)
