ah yeah maybe that's what appeals to me about this. once during a road trip i took in college, my friend and i, in the depths of exhaustion, kept singing tracy chapman's "fast car" but if all the lyrics were just about the fast car, e.g. "you gotta fast car / it's a fast fast fast fast car." it's not funny at all typed out like this but we were fucking dying

imo you have to use the right voice in your head for pronouncing them. otherwise they're not funny. and no one can tell you what the correct voice is, that's something you have to figure out on your own. it's different for everyone
