(Not on topic, but a gentle aside to Left: Try for once posting like a human addressing fellow humans instead of a lecturer addressing the benighted. You could even try venturing onto ground where you don't feel yourself to be 100% righteous from time to time. It would be refreshing to hear your voice in some other register.)

Ilx punishes newcomers for stuff it considers acceptable and even benign eccentricities in longer serving posters, news at 11.

dunno where to post it but I don't like the practice of reviving threads to say that (whatever band) are or were shit, it's v. low quality forum behaviour and a big part of what made ILM feel dickish and unfriendly back in the day and I thought we had moved on from that.
