Place it in the fridge. In the morning you can pick out all the bits and then reheat it for a tasty and filling breakfast.

Drunk => Eat it

Geoff, a warm piece of pie works better.
I'd let it lie on the floor. Tomorrow morning you can eat it for breakfast.

Coin spillage = start of DG's revenge for lack of Hornby spillage.

Indeed, my influence spreads far and wide, like the smell from Greg's pants when he realises the TRUE AND SCIENTIFIC outcome of a DG/Greg deathmatch.

DG, Sunday, 19 August 2001 00:00 (twenty-four years ago)

ILE Summerslam. Hell In A Cell, whatever.

Greg, Sunday, 19 August 2001 00:00 (twenty-four years ago)

Since you posted two days ago, it is moot to point out the 10 SECOND RULE, the germ equivalent of "get of my father's apple tree."

"We were shocked," said Meredith Agle, a Ph.D. candidate in Blaschek's food microbiology labs, who helped Clarke with the experiment. "We didn't even find a countable number of bacteria on the floor. We thought we might have made a mistake, so we tried again with the same result.

Five second rule put to the test (I'd never even heard of this rule).

From the above study:

"Women are more likely than men to eat food that's been on the floor."

Now that surprised me.

I say good ridance to the pizza dropped on the floor. I had pizza last night & it has burnt the roof of my mouth! It wasn't even very nice. I mean, how wrong can you go with a margherita? jeez!

Pinkpanther (Pinkpanther), Wednesday, 10 September 2003 09:07 (twenty-two years ago)

I hate that roof burning thing. Totally ruins one's dinner. Tends to only happen with cheapo pizzas that don't use mozzarella, I find. Things like cheddar form a cell that traps the heat in the boiling tomato sauce.

N. (nickdastoor), Wednesday, 10 September 2003 09:11 (twenty-two years ago)

I had indeed added my own cheese to the pizza as it was sorely lacking. I can't help feeling it was my own fault. :-(
