Maddest kittens in the world. The top cats link is worth following. I swear one of them is a cross between an owl and a bulldog.

Martin Skidmore (Martin Skidmore), Tuesday, 5 November 2002 13:12 (twenty-three years ago)

aww but it is rotten to breed cats :(

katie (katie), Tuesday, 5 November 2002 13:14 (twenty-three years ago)

My awards goes to 6, 8 and 17, jointly.

14=TANKPUSS
ph34r!!

Graham (graham), Tuesday, 5 November 2002 13:20 (twenty-three years ago)

The 6th best cat has no ears! What happened there?

Emma, Tuesday, 5 November 2002 13:21 (twenty-three years ago)

aww but it is rotten to breed cats :(

But aren't all domestic cats the products of breeding, katie? IMAGINE A WORLD WHERE ALL KITTENS GREW UP TO BE TIGERS.

N. (nickdastoor), Tuesday, 5 November 2002 13:25 (twenty-three years ago)

It does have ears and it looks like my gran, so don't knock it. That's my father's mother you're talking about.

Graham (graham), Tuesday, 5 November 2002 13:25 (twenty-three years ago)

The 8th best cat looks just like my kitty, Pepper. She's a russian blue too. I had a link to a pic of her, but Angelfire stole it, the bastards.

Sarah McLusky (coco), Tuesday, 5 November 2002 13:29 (twenty-three years ago)

It's a Scottish Fold and they are VERY cute. Their ears stop growing when they are still weeny. I <3 Scottish Folds.

toraneko (toraneko), Tuesday, 5 November 2002 13:30 (twenty-three years ago)

I really, really hate the Persian breed standard for noses -- those noses have gotten so snub that they might as well be open nostrils on the face!

j.lu (j.lu), Tuesday, 5 November 2002 13:34 (twenty-three years ago)

Nicholas Dastoor you know perfectly well what i mean!

katie (katie), Tuesday, 5 November 2002 13:35 (twenty-three years ago)

Actually... I don't!

N. (nickdastoor), Tuesday, 5 November 2002 13:38 (twenty-three years ago)

breeding pedigree cats for showing purposes. it's cruel.

katie (katie), Tuesday, 5 November 2002 13:46 (twenty-three years ago)

I think Katie means breeding animals so their legs are hardly strong enough to carry them, their noses to snubby to breathe properly through and their eyes so big they can't close them. And I expect she would also dislike the docking of tails and the chopping up pointy of ears (I would tend to agree).

Madchen (Madchen), Tuesday, 5 November 2002 13:48 (twenty-three years ago)

Oh right. Well freak pedigrees (like some of the ones on that site) I agree. But my initial point stands about breeding per se. I mean most pedigree cats can function perfectly well.

N. (nickdastoor), Tuesday, 5 November 2002 13:57 (twenty-three years ago)

"... and Madchen snuggled down into the huge pile of crisp fivers, falling asleep safe in the knowledge that she was ON THE MONEY." ;)

katie (katie), Tuesday, 5 November 2002 13:57 (twenty-three years ago)

The 17th and 20th best kitten are EXACTLY THE SAME. That's cheating.

Matt DC (Matt DC), Tuesday, 5 November 2002 15:25 (twenty-three years ago)

And the 12th best kitten scares the bejeezus out of me.

Matt DC (Matt DC), Tuesday, 5 November 2002 15:26 (twenty-three years ago)

i didn't enter this comp, that's why i didn't place. nooch.

g-kit (g-kit), Tuesday, 5 November 2002 15:30 (twenty-three years ago)

I contest that the 12th best kitten is not a kitten but is in fact frogspawn with eyes.

Graham (graham), Tuesday, 5 November 2002 15:42 (twenty-three years ago)

1 looks more like an owl than a kitten to me

geeta (geeta), Wednesday, 6 November 2002 03:03 (twenty-three years ago)

You have to admit, some of the other candidates have looked more vacant!

Nicole (Nicole), Wednesday, 6 November 2002 03:06 (twenty-three years ago)

Those is cats - not kittens!

Kim (Kim), Wednesday, 6 November 2002 03:40 (twenty-three years ago)

I'd rather have that cat in the Congress than Elizabeth Dole or John Sununu.

rosemary (rosemary), Wednesday, 6 November 2002 03:45 (twenty-three years ago)

I think El Dia's WInd Dancer is related to my grishund.

felicity (felicity), Wednesday, 6 November 2002 05:24 (twenty-three years ago)

Can some of those freakish kit-cats seriously not close their eyes well?

#12 is giving me nightmares.

Jordan (Jordan), Wednesday, 6 November 2002 05:31 (twenty-three years ago)

g-kit (g-kit), Wednesday, 6 November 2002 11:52 (twenty-three years ago)

those things are really scary. Really scary. I am not convinced that they are actually kittens, but alien invaders.

DV (dirtyvicar), Wednesday, 6 November 2002 20:07 (twenty-three years ago)

Sarah McLusky (coco), Wednesday, 6 November 2002 20:17 (twenty-three years ago)
