top chef louisville (2018-19)

premiered last night. i’m hoping for a slint challenge, wondering if/how bourdain will be paid tribute, and already in the mood to kick the mansplainy guy in the nuts

Was totally hoping that dude would accidentally chop off his thumb or something right out of the gate.

(My theory is that he's so used to bossing kitchen staff around and taking credit for their work that he's gonna sink like a stone left to his own devices.)
