gum. it comes in many various flavors and is fun to chew and helps keep my mouth properly salivated (which helps fight tartar) and I love it for that, but is a filthy habit that makes you look arrogant and nervous and it wastes money and it provides no nutritional benefits (that I am aware of) and I hate it for that.
