I could only watch it without sound, do they change the voices? the facial expressions work really well.

No, the voices stay the same.

I saw an earlier take on this very scene only with some dorky guy dancing and singing instead (fully clothed, fortunately). It was a bit funnier that way, though it had no Comical Skank Ho Jello Ass.
