feel like the nu-var era we are in where ref assistants can't flag for offside until the attacking phase is completed is changing the game in some fundamental way that i can't articulate but am uneasy with.

tbf all the initial decisions by the on field officials have been proved correct. i'd probably prefer the law to be if any of the attackers body is onside then they are onside rahter than if any of their body is offside then they're offside.
