Time management. I find that if a typical day consists, for me, of morning = breakfast/tea/dog walk/goofing around online/maybe watch a movie if I'm up early enough; afternoon = work; evening = time with husband and dogs that I'm much happier and feel like I am accomplishing more in my work and life overall.

Yeah, this. It's such a slow process and also frustrating inasmuch as recognizing it is not the same as overcoming it, but I guess I am making incremental progress nonetheless.
