Do I legitimately think he was whacked? Not really, I feel like people powerful enough to kill someone in federal custody could have made it look like a stroke or heart attack or something.

I think it's likely there was some intervention in his death.

Not only Clinton would've potentially been implicated in child trafficking,sex slavery and rape but also Dershowitz,Ehud Barak, Prince Andrew, and various influential figures in finance,business etc.

You know those murder mysteries where, as you read the first 40 pages, you discover that the corpse was at first thought to have committed suicide, but the circumstances arouse the suspicion of the canny detective (who is the hero of the book) and, upon investigation, the hero quickly finds at least a dozen people who had strong motives to murder the victim and all of them express open delight or relief in the victim's death? Yeah, this is kinda like that, am I right?

It’s based on a true story — that of Ken McElroy, who was a psychopathic bully who terrorized a Missouri town for years and committed every crime in the book, always somehow getting off without any charges, due to the machinations of his lawyer plus his own personal strategies of intimidation. (e.g. burning down ppl’s houses when they tried to challenge him) Anyway, the whole saga reminded me of Trump, except instead of terrorizing a small town, with Trump it’s obv an entire country, if not the world. If you read wikipedia entries about the Missouri guy or about the movie then you’ll maybe understand why I’m posting about it in this thread. Btw, his life ended when he was shot in front of a crowd. No one ever was charged with his murder.

well this scandal is different for a couple reasons. for one the Epstein stuff was very much a core tenet of the entire MAGA movement, the one thing that justified all the other horribleness, because there aren't really "two sides" to pedophilia and sex trafficking, it may be the one thing everyone in this country can agree is bad. though maybe that's about to rapidly change.

secondly it's one of the few scandals that actually seems to be on Trump's terms - he skated for a long time on the political stuff because he wasn't really a politician, and on Day 1 of his first term he basically transformed the entire political landscape into reality TV (obviously the MSM had a lot to do with this) - people don't really seem to give a shit about actual political issues anymore, like as bad as Trump's approval rating is it's still higher than any of his actual policies, everything he does is broadly unpopular, it's all been shit for the economy, but politics aren't really about that anymore. so this feels different than like, running roughshod over federal departments or even an insurrection

if there are Dems or related men in there, we'll hear all about it - if there are Republicans or their associated donors, it's all a hoax, nothing to see here folks

I think part of the issue with this is what does 'in there' mean? people are assuming there is some big folio that documents names, abuses performed, video evidence linking the names to those abuses, etc. I suspect that is not the case. We already know Democratic politicans are named in the flight logs and went to the island, Bills Clinton and Richardson being the most prominent. I believe I read there is a letter from Clinton in that birthday book.
