Not a week after I spent megabucks having my car's transmission fixed, tonight it thoroughly died. Plus, after having been off work (involuntarily) for a week I have an assignment for tomorrow -- all the way out in Reston. I don't think they HAVE public transportation out there.

This problem is nothing that a certain amount of time and a lot of money can't fix. It's just right now I desperately need someone to hug me and rub my back and tell me that everything will be all right.

it would merely be a sad situation if the car had broken down. however, the fact that you must travel into reston makes the situation tragic. good luck!
