What are you making during lockdown? Are you trying something new or using up your store cupboard staples?

We've got a glut of rhubarb at the moment. Normally it'd be cut up and frozen and used as and when. Today I made rhubard ketchup. 250g rhubarb, 50g sugar, 100ml cider vinegar, a bit of tamarind powder, chilli, paprika and salt and pepper. Seems to have worked.
