The one good-ish thing that Trump did (foreign policy-wise) was establish what seemed like some sort of relations with North Korea (South Korea seemed to welcome this). I don't know how that would change.

I reckon Biden will go hard on Venezuela.

I was reading that Iranians were following the election with great interest for that reason, deescalation is in their interests too, so it would be great for that to work out.

I expect Biden will make at least some effort to reassemble the Iran nuclear deal, but Trump broke that so badly it may be hopeless now. That doesn't count as a flaw, tho.

The U.S. most certainly won't take lead there. But I could imagine a Germany, Russia, France, China led effort that the U.S. signed onto.

I think Biden will try and get the Iran-deal back on the go, was one of the achievements of Obama foreign policy. Iran has an election in 2021 (with the "hardline" likely to win) and the democrats will likely get creamed in 2022 so I expect it to go nowhere.
