The article on Ante Pavlović, the late Croatian chiropractor, includes convincing photographic evidence that he was the Second Coming.

He has among 12 000 Youtube followers[2] in Croatia due to his YouTube channel where he uploaded his unusual videos;[5] such as video where he beats his followers, argues with his neighbours, gets arrested by the police or where he makes striptease and does pushups in Croatian late night talk show Nightmare Stage.[6] In same show he also punched a host Željko Malnar in the stomach. He announced that he would run in the Croatian 2019–20 presidential election,[7] but got arrested before for inflicting severe physical injuries on a man and keeping him as a slave.[8] Before that he also served a prison sentence for molesting a child who came to his treatment and publishing it on Youtube.[9] Some other incidents foe which he was arrested involve those when he had beaten a local priest for not obeying his orders, or when he walked naked on the street and attacked a passing car driver.[10] Pavlović died after a short period of illness on 19 July 2020.[11]

I dunno. Did any of these people sweetly and lovingly work to make the world a kinder, gentler, better place than before? If so, that one.

Tbf the list operates on relatively loose criteria: 'This is a partial list of notable people who have been claimed, either by themselves or by their followers, in some way to be the reincarnation or incarnation of Jesus, or the Second Coming of Christ.'

Of interest is the inclusion of two women, Ann Lee and Marina Tsvigun. I'll take either over Alan John Miller's partner, Mary Suzanne Luck, who claims to be the reincarnation of Mary Magdalene.

Claiming divinity or divine parentage is a grift that's been around since forever. As some guy once said, "by their fruits you shall know them."
