which, as dan m is right to point out, is potentially a bad idea for a number of reasons. first and foremost - you can never count on anyone, ANYONE - even in the highest levels of any profession, to have any ability to tell what's real and what is not. it confuses people, even when it really should not.

okay, hold up. seriously comrades. I think we need to establish procedures for consensus, as well as establishing working groups. I was not at the meeting where the leader was chosen, and therefore we have a serious problem with regards to inclusivity. Also, it appears that everyone in this thread is cis and white, and except for me, male-identified. I don't think we can successfully overthrow white supremacy and establish a collective anti-fascist state founded on the principles of critical race theory with our current active membership.

I think we need to get a facilitator and do a visioning retreat where we whiteboard ideas and do a SWOT analysis.
