people (rightfully) lambaste elon musk, richard branson et al for wasting their billions on shit like private space travel instead of doing anything to help their fellow humans. so let's imagine that you are an individual who is worth billions of dollars, and you are inclined to use this money, up to and including your full fortune, to help your fellow humans instead of living lavishly. what would be the best way to do this? Spend a billion to pass trillion dollar universal health care legislation seems like a no-brainer 1000x return.
And deca-billionaires will have plenty left over to run their own Hunger Games targeting mere billionaires.

Have the heads of the 100 most pollution-happy corporations assassinated. Preferably all on a single day, the better to pound the message home. Then put all the rest of your money into renewable energy and take the profits from that investment bonanza and donate all the money directly to the poor via microlending.

Probably pour their money into being the anti-capitalist Koch Brothers (ie funding political programs dedicated to structural change)... but since that's inconceivable (since they had to be enough of a sociopath to accumulate $145 billion to start with) probably one of the murder plots mentioned above.

Even if Elon Musk and Grimes's kid inherited all $145 billion, wasn't a monster and did the above, 10 other deci-billionaires would just cancel out his political funding so yeah murder plot.
