Probably the greatest lager in the world.

Ronan (Ronan), Saturday, 16 November 2002 21:26 (twenty-three years ago)

You're watching cartoons if you think I'm not drunk right now, drunk and getting ready to go to see SLAM!

Ronan (Ronan), Saturday, 16 November 2002 21:26 (twenty-three years ago)

let the boys be fellas!

boxcubed (boxcubed), Saturday, 16 November 2002 21:31 (twenty-three years ago)

i also enjoy the moosehead, although it is strangley hard to find in western canada.

I would think you'd HAVE to be drunk to proclaim Moosehead the greatest lager in the world, Ronan.

Sean Carruthers (SeanC), Saturday, 16 November 2002 22:10 (twenty-three years ago)

Crankypants.

Kim (Kim), Saturday, 16 November 2002 22:42 (twenty-three years ago)

Yesssssss...?

Sean Carruthers (SeanC), Sunday, 17 November 2002 00:51 (twenty-three years ago)

Do you have a problem with my not having a problem with you having a problem or is there another problem that I don't have that maybe I should try to not have no problem without? Hmm?

Kim (Kim), Sunday, 17 November 2002 00:57 (twenty-three years ago)

(sorry, I shouldn't tease you. It was actually just a reflexive thing - thought it, smirked to myself, typed it in for no particular reason other than that)

Kim (Kim), Sunday, 17 November 2002 01:11 (twenty-three years ago)

Have you been into the Moosehead too, Kim?

Sean Carruthers (SeanC), Sunday, 17 November 2002 01:13 (twenty-three years ago)

I only have Carlsberg Light in the fridge, so technically... nooooo

Kim (Kim), Sunday, 17 November 2002 01:15 (twenty-three years ago)

Make a "Welcome to your Carlsberg Years" joke at your own peril...

Kim (Kim), Sunday, 17 November 2002 01:19 (twenty-three years ago)

Don't you find it kinda skunky, especially compared to Sleeman's Honey Brown Lager? Probably can't get it in Eire yet, though. You have fucking GUINNESS there, man! Granted, getting really drunk on Guinness isn't a lot of fun, unless you're crazy and like being loagy. MGD is my cuurent fave for getting pissed on. American Bud's pretty good, too.

Bryan (Bryan), Sunday, 17 November 2002 01:55 (twenty-three years ago)

Jeeze louise, boy...MGD and Bud? Next thing you know you'll be telling us you're drinking Old Milwaukee or Schlitz.

Sean Carruthers (SeanC), Sunday, 17 November 2002 02:11 (twenty-three years ago)

Don't get me started on drinkin' stories, son. Haven't tried either of those yet, but I probably will next time I'm down. When you're out in the sun in the middle of a gorgeous lake in Minnesota, you don't wanna be drinkin' anything FROU FROU. You want something you can drink in quantity. Next time we go down I'm gonna try and find some Rolling Rock. Seriously, though, try an MGD sometime (so long as it's the real American stuff, not the shitty Canadian knock-off).

Bryan (Bryan), Sunday, 17 November 2002 02:26 (twenty-three years ago)

What was I thinking....(it is great though doesn't deserve a thread really)

Ronan (Ronan), Sunday, 17 November 2002 19:00 (twenty-three years ago)

canada's oldest independent brew = classic
