Use of the word "meet" was already changing pre-pandemic....people were already using it to mean an online encounter as well as a flesh and blood IRL one. But this usage surely accelerated during the COVID times as we started Zooming left, right and centre.
So, do you use "meet" for online meetings? When you use the word when typing do you use quotes? Similarly, do you use air quotes when using the word when you're on a screen?
