it's angrier, maybe, but doesn't fuck sake lean toward the "well, it is what it is, grin and bear it"? if it leads to reckless action it might be a fuck it

it's been a while since i played adult-league softball, but i believe when the ball was hit toward me i'd start with "oh fuck" and eventually blurt out "aw, fuck it!" while chasing it down and attempting to air-mail it all the way to home plate from the deep outfield and instead completely failing as co-workers muttered "..hit the cutoff man..." and shook their heads in disappointment

for those that don't follow baseball or sports, the metaphor would be you saying "oh fuck" when a letter was returned because you forgot the postage, and then "fuck it!" as you cover the entire envelope with $35 worth of stamps and drive it to the addressee yourself but get lost

The entire existence of the universe is an extended, exasperated 'fuck's sake'. But as that and 'fuck, no' aren't an option, I think I'd go with 'oh fuck'.
