I used to spend a lot more time looking at a lot of blogs, but -- especially the music-related ones, in line with how I've felt so nonplussed with music this year anyway -- I've more felt like it was a conversation going on without me as of late.

I'm beginning to think there is a great value in listening to music of all sorts from all areas and NOT talking about it or not feeling the need or looming pressure, outside or inside, to talk about it, just absorbing it. Perhaps this is an internal backlash from my constant AMG work, I'm not sure, since clearly plenty find much of interest to say about music almost daily. But I'm starting to get squeezed dry, I feel.

Not to rain on Mr Harvell's parade, but there's one possible problem - it's not like it was DJ Sammy's idea to 'trance-ify' Bryan Adams in the first place. At least two similar style singles were out previous to that even managed to feature the actual Bryan Adams. Or was that acknowledged in there somewhere and I missed it? (am getting kinda tiredddy)
