Love the discrepancy between ilxor's (sorry, not calling anyone specific out - it really is an epidemic here) inability to follow clear details/characters/events vs. their willingness or desire to discuss those things in detail on ilx. Just speaking about the basic storytelling here - the stuff the show runners are expecting us to follow.

anyway, what is the general feeling about reviving old threads* for the sole purpose of saying "thanks" to someone who made a powerful post? not to expound on music discussion at all; just saying thank you. is that annoying?

*for the sake of this question, we'll define "old threads" to mean "last reply was more than 5 years ago"

just my two cents but i love when people revive old threads. it’s one of the built-in features of the whole structure of ilx, the way that an old thread can shoot straight to the top of the list again, whereas on many other borads the structure is that the older things get the harder they are to find
