A Brooklyn FAP will be a nice change of pace. The bars around my "neck of the woods" (i.e. Brooklyn Heights) are awful, though.

Nah. I love the place, but

a) I've lost my skate-legs (that is to say, I was a good sk8tr as a teenager, but more than a decade later I've completely forgotten everything that used to come so naturally to me).

b) It's $10 to get in, whether you're skating or not, and I don't want anyone to be forced to spend a tenner for no other reason than to hang out.

But I suggest you meet at the KF for Stereo Total, part deux!

Ah, I forgot about Stereo Total! I'll probably skip it, though. I know what they sound like.

I think Halcyon will do just fine. It's on Smith St. in downtown Brooklyn. You can take the F/G there (Bergen St.), or walk a few blocks from the Borough Hall M/N/R/W/2/3/4/5 station.

Anyway, while Tonontoites were fapping and NYCers were fapping, there was a fap going down in DC!!! I met Aaron and J.Lu, went to see the Arte Povera exhibit at the Hirshhorn, walked around Chinatown, drank at a hotel bar, and had dinner at Jaleo a tapas restuarant downtown. Unfortunately no pictures though. Thanks Aaron and J.Lu, that was fun!
