They were reintroduced in Scotland a while ago. I think they've just started reintroducing them in England. Even then they have to reintroduce them in controlled numbers and locations because they can cause so much damage to their surroundings.

Which means they may have dammed Turkey Brook, which we used to have to run through. What the implications are for the run now, assuming it still happens, I'm not too sure.
