Threw me out of my account and made me think I'd been hacked (maybe I still have, I dunno) - but it looks like it's a common experience.
Sites like downforeveryoneorjustme.com are pretty useful in these cases.

According to reddit, all Meta apps - Facebook, Instagram and Threads are down globally.
Bunch of speculation that it's related to Super Tuesday, but I don't know.
