One of our goals is to give "complete and accurate information". The other goal is to get as many calls done as possible. So basically. we must talk more and not talk more. You may think " Oh they just want you to have the perfect balance " but beleive me, you cannot do both these things at once at this job. It would be like asking the person who makes burgers at a busy Mcdonalds to use gourmet care for each burger.
