Billy Beane (the Oakland A's GM) is pretty young, relatively speaking, and probably the cutest of all the GMs mentioned here. (Even the Democratic Underground loves him!)

Theo does have that guy-from-Croupier ruggedness going for him, tho. AND he's probably the best candidate the Red Sox had for the position. But I won't sully this thread w/ baseball blah blah.
