I'm not sure what abolishing the court would accomplish to improve the system. There's already a provision in our system to deal with the current corruption of the Supreme Court. It's impeachment. But we all know that any system of government run by corrupt people will be a corrupt government. Same with any system of justice.

The USA has already been through endless struggles to root out corruptions of the system. Many of them succeeded and tried to incorporate their success into the permanent structure of the system. But there is no such thing as permanence in politics. We seem to be failing our stress test rather catastrophically this time, but the only real catastrophe would be to acquiesce. This is a fight nobody relishes. I think we're all tired of fighting all the time to be allowed to be human and live our lives.

Sure, we need to get rid of the current corrupt version of the court by ridding it of the corrupt justices and making individual justices less powerful by enlarging the court and diluting their individual votes, but my main thought is we absolutely must abolish the rich and see how far that gets us.
