As usual, appreciating this list requires some degree of being hip to The Best Show's various in-jokes (the show's producer, AP Mike, is in one scene in Amongst the Tombstones) and recurring targets (Seinfeld, Rogan, Maher), but in general, you get the idea.

Seriously, though, from what I can tell, it is the juvenilia of Rob Hatch-Miller, who made the Other Music and Syl Johnson docs.
