phil is innocent. i'm not gonna get really into it now because i'm finishing off a crappy drunk and it's 4:30 in the morning. they were at phil's mansion, maybe phil pulled the gun out, maybe he didn't. anyway, lana clarkson got it from him, and was doing some kind of a sex dance with the gun, and phil tried to get it back, and it accidentally went off and shot her. phil is innocent. i'd still party with him.
