Good point! I accidentally bought one or two things on mine while shopping for presents for other people. Still, might be a bit late for this Christmas, and I hope I might have further updates to make after I open my presents.

this is VERY important. i agree. i have a friend whose former female-sleeping-partner (NOT girlfriend) sent him a copy of her amazon wish list after breaking it off w/ him..but the thing is, she DIDN'T. amazon automatically sent it to him, and everyone else on the damn list, after shemade a purchase.

the poor kid got it in da email and thinking she wanted to reconcile, (and wuz giving him a subtle "hint"), went and bought her a $30 x-mas gift from it. and now that she knows that he got it, she's taking him off of it...well too late!! (he's undecided at this point whether he should send her it to spite her/make her more angry/induce guilt trip, or just keep it)

SO UPDATE YOUR DAMN LISTS B4 U MAKE PURCHASES!!

Um, why not just return it to Amazon?

Ally (mlescaut), Sunday, 22 December 2002 18:42 (twenty-three years ago)

I dunno, sometimes rational thinking is not his forte, j/k or maybe it's not returnable, i forget

Vic, anything from Amazon is returnable as long as you've still got the box and that "reasons" sheet they send you.

Why not just send out your wish list yourself...? Is there any way to to tell Amazon not to send your list out---even if you do purchase? There must be. That way, you get to choose.

there's some other guy named "Spencer Chow" from Rancho Cucamonga, whose Amazon wishlist includes:

DVD - The Sex Files - Ancient Desires
DVD - Cannibal Corpse - Live Cannibalism

this is NOT me!

Spencer Chow (spencermfi), Monday, 23 December 2002 19:20 (twenty-three years ago)

Certain people have still not complied with my request!

Michael Daddino (epicharmus), Tuesday, 24 December 2002 18:23 (twenty-three years ago)

DVD - Cannibal Corpse - Live Cannibalism

what a shame ... that CD/DVD is classic for its cover alone!
