This is the thread where we post links to our guest books so other ILXors can post to them and make it look like we are all very very popular.

I've got 2 myself.

One for my band.

One just for me.

Does anyone know of a guestbook provider that doesn't ban adult sites?

Christine "Green Leafy Dragon" Indigo (cindigo), Monday, 30 December 2002 02:00 (twenty-three years ago)

That's no way to speak about your dear mother, Nick.

Graham (graham), Monday, 30 December 2002 09:32 (twenty-three years ago)

There you go, Queen G & Dave. Signed yours.

Does no one have guest books any more? I guess I just need to keep mine up so I'll have another page or 2 to check repeatedly for updates (I only have, after all, 3 different email accounts and ILX to check).

two years pass...
I stayed in a cottage in Suffolk in September which had guest books stretching back to the early seventies. There was plenty to laugh at: Raif Fines and Al3x K1ngston spent their wedding night there and wrote poetically about beams and choc ices, lots of frightfully frightfully types spent pages going on about the 'marvellous setting' and a large number of children used words too long for their tender years.

There was also a crazy rant by one chap in 1981 (I think) which became so famous people were still referring to it in 2005. Stet was a naughty boy and 'borrowed' the book (he is going to post it back, he promises). I'll see if I can find some good bits to copy out later on.

Fantastic. We had a sort of guest book at our wedding, which people filled with rude drawings.

Archel (Archel), Thursday, 20 October 2005 09:40 (twenty years ago)

At the wedding we went to on fri they had a guest book with a polaroid camera, which was fantastic, as you can track the drunkenness of the reception by the increasingly 'happy' photos and gradually less coherent messages. Chris's and my photo was towards the end of the evening, we've got the first photo we took cos Chris decided he didn't like it, so God knows how drunk we look in the one that went in the book.
