What a horrible day!

Not really a question...but today is just rotten, hot and really muggy...and I just hate it. Plus I have finished my dissertation, but haven't given it in yet and keep feeling the need to check things, even though it's much too late. And the usual feeling of 'what do I do now?" is setting in...

So, maybe a question could be...how do you decide what to do after finishing something major? (though I have to get a job = more misery)

jel do you make music with a littel four track?

Mike Hanle y, Thursday, 23 August 2001 00:00 (twenty-four years ago)

yes Mike I do! Lo-tech toy noise is my style, might catch on...who knows!

do ye make lyrics?

Mike Hanle y, Thursday, 23 August 2001 00:00 (twenty-four years ago)

I used to sing mantras. My lyrics ain't that great..."I know you like Coal Chamber, and Marilyn Manson too, but we're not going to Colchester, so what are we to do?"...Tell me about Pennysongs?

You're wrong, that is a great lyric.

definite touch of the John Shuttleworth in the 'colchester' rhyme, therefore great.

Pennysongs are songs written with only a penny's worth of effort. Like penny candy. Its a new songwriting technque. http://www.mp3.com/pennysongs

Do you have an mp3.com (or whatever) page with your lo-tech toy noise on, jel? I'd like to hear it.

In fact, anyone else here with an mp3.com page or similar? And what happened to Dog Latin? I downloaded some of his Autofire stuff and thought it was pretty good.

(Sorry, I have no answer to the question, as I haven't done anything important or useful for as long as I can remember. Oops.)
