Sigh. Figures that the one real problem of the move would be that the people in charge of handling my home internet access don't know why it isn't working, tried to put the blame on my computer (until a second computer was tested and had the same problem) and generally don't know how to work with System 10.2 anyway. I will have fun with the technician on Saturday if he can't figure out anything (one's been out to the apartment already) and even MORE fun with the billing department since I've had no service at all for almost two weeks.

So though the work part of my day will eat, in terms of getting back to the damn net again, I am most happy! Hello all! And having no net did mean I was able to concentrate on moving in almost completely and getting everything unpacked, sorted and looking good...

Hadn't thought about the Schulz connection but you might be onto something there. A drawing of Snoopy that The Man Himself did for me when I was very small is now hanging on the wall at my new place and can be viewed whenever the housewarming happens.
