yes they do!
i was watching a john cusack movie and remarked that he has eyebrow control like a dog, and my fellow movie watchers refused to acknowledge the dog eyebrow. wtf?

My dog (a very stupid German Wirehaired Pointer called Chester)definitely has eyebrows.

No it's not! He looks more normal when you see him sideways on, and you can see his other dark brown markings. He's devilishly handsome, really. Stupid, badly-behaved, argumentative, a thief and a liar, but devilishly handsome. With eyebrows.
