I've never heard that. I have heard "so don't I". Check this one out: when I was in high school we had to exchange papers for some class and I got a buford girl's paper. I couldn't make out a word. It read "alladusudden" (I think that's how it was spelled). Her handwriting was all loopy and Bon Jovi ugly, so I finally asked what this word was and she got very defensive and kind of bitchy: "Alladusudden? Alladusudden something happened?!" I said, "Oh... yeah... okay."

You know that that other thread here one time where people were talking about charver/chava(?) speak? It's something like that. I should just keep my shouldn't-throw-stones-because-in-glass-house trap shut though... Has anyone else (on this bitch) ever seen that Wal-Mart ad with the kids from Belleville, Ontario sitting in a woodpanelled basement? Well, to my great chagrin, that's how I talk. But none of them would ever say to 'my great chagrin' though because that's just me channeling my prep schooled father. The bastard. Ok, he's not really but If I had to sound like some freakish mix of rural hick and a valley girl, it would have been so much easier if I could've been left blissfully ignorant of it but no... Instead on a daily basis I had to hear... "It's pronounced MIR-ROR, not MEEEEER." and "It's OR-ANGE not ORNGE." As if I lived there during my formative years by choice or something.

Kerry, that's what I said a long time ago. The only groups everyone makes fun of freely are rednecks and Indians/Hindus.

Keep in mind, you don't have to be a "redneck" to tawk like an idjut. You can be f'om Brooklyn (actually most NY accents are disgusting) or Bawston. Hell, there's plenty of educated people who just talk stupid.

Surely, you guys should have no problem with this. You're constantly making fun of each other for all sorts of reasons, right?
