toraneko (toraneko), Monday, 6 January 2003 16:39 (twenty-two years ago)

Grate only works for me when I'm happy.

toraneko (toraneko), Monday, 6 January 2003 16:40 (twenty-two years ago)

grebt is grate!

Mr Noodles (Mr Noodles), Monday, 6 January 2003 16:42 (twenty-two years ago)

in 2003 we are planning to launch "egrtc"!!

permutations manager (mark s), Monday, 6 January 2003 16:45 (twenty-two years ago)

what about "gr8"

Or is that just silly?

C J (C J), Monday, 6 January 2003 16:46 (twenty-two years ago)

GREBT. Grate is what you make a fire in. But OTOH you can say it aloud and people will never know that you are thinking that spelling.

Archel (Archel), Monday, 6 January 2003 16:46 (twenty-two years ago)

Noodles, I'm still reeling from that time you said "Grebt Big Sea"!

Kim (Kim), Monday, 6 January 2003 16:47 (twenty-two years ago)

I'm a G*R*A*T*E man myself.

DV (dirtyvicar), Monday, 6 January 2003 16:48 (twenty-two years ago)

personally i prefer 'great'

gareth (gareth), Monday, 6 January 2003 16:48 (twenty-two years ago)

I told you you were a rockist Gareth.

Tom (Groke), Monday, 6 January 2003 16:51 (twenty-two years ago)

I'm going to start saying 'grart', until someone hits me, or I hit me.

alix (alix), Monday, 6 January 2003 17:07 (twenty-two years ago)

it all depends which side of wobs you are

Alan (Alan), Monday, 6 January 2003 17:25 (twenty-two years ago)

Gr8 = teenie tx freak speak = a Bad Thing.

Adults using txt speak - very big Dud. I mean, if you want to say a lot, call them. With predicative messaging, there's no call for it in this day and age.

Dave B (daveb), Monday, 6 January 2003 17:26 (twenty-two years ago)

Predictive messages = all my wobses coming at once.

Tim (Tim), Monday, 6 January 2003 17:27 (twenty-two years ago)

txt rXR dv b = gy

mark s (mark s), Monday, 6 January 2003 17:27 (twenty-two years ago)

wob?

alix (alix), Monday, 6 January 2003 17:29 (twenty-two years ago)

oh that sounds nasty: is there not a cream you could use?

Tim (Tim), Monday, 6 January 2003 17:30 (twenty-two years ago)

This discussion is GEART!

Sean Carruthers (SeanC), Monday, 6 January 2003 17:40 (twenty-two years ago)

I think it's greet.

Dan Perry (Dan Perry), Monday, 6 January 2003 17:41 (twenty-two years ago)

greebo

jel -- (jel), Monday, 6 January 2003 18:06 (twenty-two years ago)

I like grate, but I'm thinking of switching to "dandy."

Curtis Stephens, Monday, 6 January 2003 18:15 (twenty-two years ago)

great ==> grate ==> grebt ==> greet ==> EGRET

Dan Perry (Dan Perry), Monday, 6 January 2003 19:04 (twenty-two years ago)

dan that's egrtc!!

mark s (mark s), Monday, 6 January 2003 19:07 (twenty-two years ago)

How about gurt? I think that's local Oxfordshire dialect for great.

C J (C J), Monday, 6 January 2003 19:12 (twenty-two years ago)

Noodles, I'm still reeling from that time you said "Grebt Big Sea"!
As long as your jigging from it.

Mr Noodles (Mr Noodles), Monday, 6 January 2003 19:30 (twenty-two years ago)

Just for that joke, the next time I see you, I'm going to hurt you.

Kim (Kim), Monday, 6 January 2003 19:36 (twenty-two years ago)

Yeah, give him a good schottisching!

Dan Perry (Dan Perry), Monday, 6 January 2003 19:38 (twenty-two years ago)

I'll protect myself with your scarf. No one will recognize me.

Mr Noodles (Mr Noodles), Monday, 6 January 2003 19:38 (twenty-two years ago)

Apparently I'm like Typhoid Mary now though, so I'll just give you my sick GERMS. They'll be all over my scarf - your weapons are useless!

Kim (Kim), Monday, 6 January 2003 19:43 (twenty-two years ago)

Careful, I'll eat a smoked meat sandwich!

Mr Noodles (Mr Noodles), Monday, 6 January 2003 19:52 (twenty-two years ago)

Considering the fact that the sandwich apparently wanted to hurt you as well, that might be a self-defeating strategy.

Kim (Kim), Monday, 6 January 2003 19:58 (twenty-two years ago)

I shall never surrendah.

Mr Noodles (Mr Noodles), Monday, 6 January 2003 20:01 (twenty-two years ago)

Mr. Noodles is unmasked as Corey Hart SHOCKAH!

Dan Perry (Dan Perry), Monday, 6 January 2003 20:02 (twenty-two years ago)

hmmmmmmm,

I shall have to defend myself with a table, seeing as you have issues stepping around them.

Mr Noodles (Mr Noodles), Monday, 6 January 2003 20:03 (twenty-two years ago)

It's all too wacky.

naked as sin (naked as sin), Monday, 6 January 2003 20:03 (twenty-two years ago)

hey - ilx ate my post!

I was just gonna say that if Noodles is willing to sing me some Corey Hart songs, all is forgiven!

Kim (Kim), Monday, 6 January 2003 20:08 (twenty-two years ago)

But Im wearing my sunglasses so I can hide from Kim, I didn't realize the sun had gone down.

Mr Noodles (Mr Noodles), Monday, 6 January 2003 20:09 (twenty-two years ago)

Don't go thinking that counts or anything...

Kim (Kim), Monday, 6 January 2003 20:10 (twenty-two years ago)

Everything counts in large amounts, Kim.

Dave Gahan (Dan Perry), Monday, 6 January 2003 20:12 (twenty-two years ago)

Stay outta this - you're a junkie. Oh sorry, I mean EX-junkie.

Kim (Kim), Monday, 6 January 2003 20:13 (twenty-two years ago)

Now that I'm clean, you know what I mean.

Dave Gahan (Dan Perry), Monday, 6 January 2003 20:16 (twenty-two years ago)

sticks and stones may break his bones...

Mr Noodles (Mr Noodles), Monday, 6 January 2003 20:16 (twenty-two years ago)

I fear for Canadian productivity this fine day.

Sean Carruthers (SeanC), Monday, 6 January 2003 20:17 (twenty-two years ago)

It could just be a slow day in the banking industry. War brewing and all.

Mr Noodles (Mr Noodles), Monday, 6 January 2003 20:19 (twenty-two years ago)

I don't have to be productive since (maddeningly) I'm stuck home sick again - this is just a fever dream.

Kim (Kim), Monday, 6 January 2003 20:21 (twenty-two years ago)

Dream on.

Dave Gahan (Dan Perry), Monday, 6 January 2003 20:23 (twenty-two years ago)

Don't you have some heroin to do?

Kim (Kim), Monday, 6 January 2003 20:24 (twenty-two years ago)

Is there something to do?

Dave Gahan (Dan Perry), Monday, 6 January 2003 20:25 (twenty-two years ago)

might as well sniff some glue.

Mr Noodles (Mr Noodles), Monday, 6 January 2003 20:26 (twenty-two years ago)

You're breathing in fumes!

Dave Gahan (Dan Perry), Monday, 6 January 2003 20:28 (twenty-two years ago)

How long you gonna keep this up?

Kim (Kim), Monday, 6 January 2003 20:30 (twenty-two years ago)

Until he gets the balance right.

Martin Gore (Ned), Monday, 6 January 2003 20:32 (twenty-two years ago)

I just can't get enough!

Dave Gahan (Dan Perry), Monday, 6 January 2003 20:34 (twenty-two years ago)

All right, all right, enough all of you! Some of us would like to enjoy the silence!

Sean Carruthers (SeanC), Monday, 6 January 2003 20:42 (twenty-two years ago)

All right, that's it. You're on my hurt list too.

Kim (Kim), Monday, 6 January 2003 20:43 (twenty-two years ago)

I'm hanging on your words, Kim.

Martin Gore (Ned), Monday, 6 January 2003 20:46 (twenty-two years ago)

Just one caress from you and I'm blessed!

Martin Gore (Dan Perry), Monday, 6 January 2003 20:49 (twenty-two years ago)

All right, that's it. You're on my hurt list too.
Would you change your mind if I leave in silence?

Sean Carruthers (SeanC), Monday, 6 January 2003 20:50 (twenty-two years ago)

Ok, now I'm the one in pain.

Kim (Kim), Monday, 6 January 2003 20:53 (twenty-two years ago)

I feel you.

Dave Gahan (Dan Perry), Monday, 6 January 2003 20:54 (twenty-two years ago)

My work here is done. SEE YOU!

Sean Carruthers (SeanC), Monday, 6 January 2003 20:55 (twenty-two years ago)
