Do you know any good ones?

If you went to wprb.com today you could have heard me taking out my anger over my ex-girlfriend shacking up with a good friend of mine (not three months after we broke up, no less), by playing everything we had by Swans, Big Black, Gravitar and the Haters. I can do it again for you if you like, the anger is still surprisingly fresh.

Alas, your station makes me use Realplayer, which hangs my computer.

Don't most internet radio stations? BTW, you're not missing much right now - shitty techno!

www.betalounge.com brilliant archive with only shitty techno :) Uses realplayer though.

Imagine if Tony Blackburn had played Big Black on splitting with Tessa Wyatt instead of blubbing like a 'gurly' on national radio. how cool would that be.

Omar, you BASTARD! You should have recommended Kindamuzik. ;-) I have iTUNES on my laptop. I listen to pop stations. It's fun for a while. But I prefer my stereo cranking out CNN's War Report at the moment.

W.F.M.U. is dead good, la. Especially Tamara or some such person. I think it's here.

two years pass...
I have started to explore streaming radio. Could someone explain the difference between it and Real Player? Well, never mind. I started out with WFMU, now am exploring some of the pre-set iTunes radio: Japan A-Radio, Cowboy Cultural Society, and have settled on Radio Darvish -- Persian Traditional Music. I like how you can see exactly what song is playing in the iTunes window, though I don't think WFMU does this. Make suggestions!

My show is on the air right now. (Requires iTunes to listen.)
