I wanted one from Trinity Church, but we left there mid-year with little fanfare and thus missed the end-of-year dispensation of gifts to those who go bye-bye. (Aside: Why is it that most church choirs run on an academic schedule?)

I'd have to check to see if my hymnal made it out to the West Coast when I moved out here. I, er, uh, "borrowed" it from the church I grew up in (around the time they were phasing that version out). Kept meaning to plunder it for musical projects but it never happened. But maybe we'll do a cover of Hymn 599 someday.

I didn't streal, I was PRESENTED one for ... I don't know how many years service in St. Cecilia's choir at school, one I bought at a church jumble sale and one... OK, I nicked.
