Is this phrase a no-no when someone is complainging to you ? I guess it is a bit rude.

Also, " I hear your words, yet I do not need them. How odd!"

Better than saying "What, you think I give a shit?" or "Ha ha ha ha...you thought I was listening!"

"I hear your words, yet I do not need them. How odd!"

I so want to use this phrase now at work...Hanle y has once again worked his evil genius.

You may use them Nicole. You must say the phrase with an air of wonderment.

"I hear what you're saying. And it sounds like - wahwahwahwah, blehblehblehblehbleehhhh."

"So your talking about ..." *nodding off like your falling asleep, with a snore*

Look, over there. Is that -

• An agent from the federal bureau of shitgiving?
• Our friendly neighborhood shitgiver?
• The publicly-appointed District Giver of Shits?

Or, if time does not allow - Ooh! Ooh! I'm about to start giving a fuck! URRRRGH! There it went.

All of these, of course, only sound remotely funny on TV. Try them in real life and you just look like a poorly-equipped smartass.

i used to use this line: "i see yer lips move, and all i hear is the sound of a toilet flushing."

"thank you for taking away 5 minutes of my life that i'll never have back" - has so far only been used on friends who know I'm joking, I don't think I'd have the guts to be so rude to someone face to face.
