Getting away with it could include feeling no guilt, no one ever missing the dead person, no one ever knowing that you killed someone or never being prosecuted for the murder depending on your definition.

I don't think there is anybody I'd "murder." Though there are many that I'd exile, and there's a few that I could argue would die in a complex form of self-defense.
