if a 15 yr old girl has a date with a bunch of her friends to go for a walk in the hills & only 1 of them comes round to pick her up, & it's a boy, & it's this boy who we always hassle her about "hey it's yr boyfriend on the phone" & she gets real mad & goes "he's NOT my boyfriend!!", & her mum asks "so where are the others?" & she says "we're meeting them down the rd.", well, there AREN'T any "others", are there?
well what do YOU think they're doing up there? (they've been gone a few hours, & these are y'know , lazy ass teenagers who hate having to walk anywhere & stuff)

My friend got asked to go for "coffee in the mountains" by a 28 yr old guy a few weeks ago. When she protested she was too young for him (her being 16) he replied "Well, it is the nineties."

What's worse it isn't even the nineties

Tell them to use protection. Failing that, blue lines.

Andrew L (Andrew L), Sunday, 2 February 2003 09:02 (twenty-one years ago) link

maybe what he said was, "it's the naughties".

coffee in the mountains, what is he - a goatherder?
Ha ha yeah we all thought it was a very weak line.

What's worse it isn't even the nineties
That was kind of the point of the story, wasn't it?

I think andrew was pointing out how I failed to notice that part.

rainy (rainy), Sunday, 2 February 2003 09:19 (twenty-one years ago) link

Oh right. I did too at first, actually.

Livvie, Sunday, 2 February 2003 09:21 (twenty-one years ago) link

Yeah I was seeing if that was the point, and I had no idea I was meant to go after girls 12 years my junior that decade anyway

Andrew Thames (Andrew Thames), Sunday, 2 February 2003 09:40 (twenty-one years ago) link

Oh no! Think about all the dates you missed out on!

Livvie, Sunday, 2 February 2003 09:49 (twenty-one years ago) link

Don't rub it in!

Andrew Thames (Andrew Thames), Sunday, 2 February 2003 09:53 (twenty-one years ago) link

not to mention the mountain views

rainy (rainy), Sunday, 2 February 2003 09:55 (twenty-one years ago) link

Mountain views w/ girls aged nine, I hope yr sorry Andrew.

Livvie, Sunday, 2 February 2003 10:05 (twenty-one years ago) link

Nine year old girls don't like coffee. It would be silly.
