Good seats in the Royla Festival Hall

Going to see Mass in C Minor at the RFH.

Still tickets left. But where to buy? Is it worth spending a little extra on a better ticket, or are the acoustics OK in most parts of the auditorium? I don't want to miss this, and be stuck in a crappy seat where you don't the full effect. By the same rule, I'm not going to pay over the odds for a seat closer to the action, as sound quality is the only thing I'm interested in - couldn't give a monkeys about a view.

Anyone offer any advice?

I saw Cornelius there in the cheap seats and the sound was excellent. And being seated at the back means that you're first to the bar and miss the shocking booze queue in the interval.

I'm going to the Warp night there in March. Going for the second cheapest tickets. But doubt there'll be much difference in quality of sight/sound.

From what I remember they sorted the acoustics ut there three or four years ago so now its pretty good everywhere.
