Ed - I was just gonna check that. Thanks for saving me the hassle.

It's not an arbitrary size serving in a tiny foil octagon though, is it?

James Blount (James Blount), Sunday, 9 February 2003 09:33 (twenty-three years ago)

Yes, but sadly you came up with something ridiculous. ;-)

Are you talking of laughing cow cheese? That's possibly the greatest invention known to mankind. It's actually a key ingredient in my mom's fantastic fetticine alfredo. She did it the regular way for so long, then one day she had all this Laughing Cow cheese triangles and decided to put them in, and it was the bomb diggity. It was easily the greatest alfredo sauce I've ever eaten.

Though obviously this is horrible for you and if you eat it more than once every 2 years or so, you'll gain about 10 pounds from it, but anyway, it's brilliant.

and diarylea is triangular.

though, can something be truly triangular if one side is curved?

jel -- (jel), Sunday, 9 February 2003 10:38 (twenty-three years ago)

Technically its a sector.

Ed (dali), Sunday, 9 February 2003 10:39 (twenty-three years ago)

must be to do with best-fit tessellation? You can fit a lot of cheeses into a round box if the cheeses are triangular.

Brill marketing tie-in idea: Trivial Pursuit cheese. Each cheese a different flavour! With trivia questions on the outer packaging and the answers inside. Yay!
