Exactmundo. We have something similar what we use here at work but would love em in English to compare and contrast. Unfortunately, I only have a hard copy of them :-(

I don't speak Catalan, so I can't help there. Are you sure it's not up on the website? I know everything there is translated into English because I know the poor sod whose job it is. In any case they can probably be summed up as 'thou shalt act like a smug wanker'.
