can't get it up / over too quickly

have either of these phenomena ever "set in" out of the blue with no immediate explanation? i.e. months of grebt sex and then something seems to go kerflooie?

Yes. It's probably just temporary. Maybe something is going on in your life or your partner's life that is distracting from this department.

Yep - mine seems to go in waves, over the period of about two years for a whole cycle. And I do go down every summer, er, sexual desire/level of excitement ways, but I think that's the heat and the humidity. But during the colder months I'm much more inclined to want to be with another warm body.
