Beautiful?

I've been thinking about this Craig's List post ever since I first read it on Friday. It seems maybe too well-written and self-aware to be real, but even if that's the case I still think there's a sublime kind of beauty to it. Your thoughts?

If I were presented this as a piece of fiction, I would say that it is magnificent...as an inadvertent portrait of obsession and potential stalkerism. The "too well-written and self-aware" comment is OTM.
