How are they different?

Do you have them both? maybe only one? how do you know? does everyone thing they have it, it is only other people who can tell, or pick up on it?

Self Awareness I assume is more how well you understand how you are percieved by others.

Self knowledge is more what you feel and why you feel the way you do.
